Changes in colorectal cancer testing rates and testing methods in Switzerland : evidence from claims data
The project identifies potential gaps in colorectal cancer (CRC) testing, and variations in CRC testing methods over time (colonoscopy, FOBT) among a sample of the Swiss population, aged 50 years and older in 2012-2017.
The study also examines changes associated with national and regional initiatives to increase CRC screening, and associations between demographic (gender, age), individual (comorbidities, health utilization), and administrative (health plans) factors.
